Who is Amy Lou Gage?

Amy Lou Gage is the daughter of Randy and Merry Stefaniak.  She is a 1992 Graduate of All Saints Central High School.   Amy Lou is a life long resident of Bay City.  She is continuing to raise her family in the area. Amy Lou enjoys the many features of the beautiful Bay City area and has avoided many reasons to leave. She has a deep loyalty to her area and a great fondness of the Real Estate that exists here.

Amy Lou  specializes in Residential Sales. She understands and appreciates the concerns buyers and sellers have in the home purchasing / selling process. She is a very motivated individual who had a very successful career in Information Technology as a Computer programmer / Database developer prior to entering the Real Estate Field.  She graduated from SVSU with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science.   Amy Lou recieved the 2005 Rookie Salesperson of the Year Award from the Bay County REALTOR® Association. She is the 2010 President Elect of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® - Saginaw Valley Chapter.   She is currently on the Bay County REALTOR® Association’s Board of Directors where she holds the position as it’s 2010 President Elect. Amy Lou also serves on the Portsmouth Township Board of Review.

Amy Lou offers a complete marketing plan to sellers including: inclusion in statewide MLS systems, striking vitual tour presentations, cable TV home show advertising, homes magazine spreads and a professional web presence.
